This position is based in the corporate office with an eventual traveling or local jobsite assignment. Responsibilities Project Engineer “ Job Office Responsibilities: · Subcontractor Management (as it relates to submittal and material procurement) · Submittal review and approvals · RFI development · Maintain Project Record Documents · Process Pay applications · Assist with Change Order pricing · Support of safety plan · Proficiency with computer software – Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, PMWeb (web-based project management software), BIM 360 Field, Primavera and Navisworks/Revit Project Engineer “ Field Responsibilities: · Subcontractor Management (as if relates to installation) · Submittal review skills · RFI development · Layout / surveying · Daily reports · Quality control · Support of safety plan · Proficiency with computer software “ Carlson Survey Software, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, PMWeb (web-based project management software), BIM 360 Field, Primavera and Navisworks/Revit Education/Experience Ideal candidates possess a background in construction. A Bachelors in Construction Management or related degree a plus.
