Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $40-$45 Hourly DOE The principal duties and responsibilities will be: Supervise and lead a team of PM Technicians, providing comprehensive training on processes, procedures, and safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities, ensuring efficient resolution of equipment issues. Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) services to proactively reduce tool downtime and optimize equipment performance. Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose equipment failures, promptly coordinating and facilitating repairs in collaboration with vendors or internal resources. Develop and maintain a robust tool PM schedule, incorporating industry best practices and equipment specifications to ensure optimal functioning of the current equipment inventory. Implement thorough refurbishment processes to bring older systems up to operations condition, including evaluation, replacement of components, and testing to guarantee reliability and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operational functionality, efficiency, and reliability of existing systems, collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in the DRIE (Deep Reactive Ion Etching) and Litho (Lithography) areas,. Proven track record in successfully maintaining semiconductor capital equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization. Exceptional electromechanical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical components, subsystems, and interfaces. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex schematics, troubleshooting diagrams, and flowcharts, enabling accurate diagnosis and effective repairs. Self-motivated and highly independent, capable of working autonomously and efficiently managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and seamless coordination with tool owners, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Strong understanding of safety requirements, LOTO Techniques, and regulatory standards. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined areas in a clean room environment, in low positions and high places. A full gown and clean room procedures must be adhered to. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing.
