Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $40-$45 Hourly DOE The principal duties and responsibilities will be: Travel to customer sites across the nation to install, commission, maintain, and repair dry etch and lithography equipment in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address technical inquires, resolve equipment issues, and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal equipment functionality and minimize downtime. Diagnose complex technical problems using diagnostic tools, software analysis, and hands-on assessment, and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment disruptions. Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, equipment logs, and documentation of all activities performed during service visits. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide valuable feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to drive continuous improvement of products. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, communicating technical information, updates, and resolutions effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in the field of dry etch and lithography to provide superior customer support and insights. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in the DRIE (Deep Reactive Ion Etching) and Litho (Lithography) areas,. Proven track record in successfully maintaining semiconductor capital equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization. Exceptional electromechanical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical components, subsystems, and interfaces. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex schematics, troubleshooting diagrams, and flowcharts, enabling accurate diagnosis and effective repairs. Self-motivated and highly independent, capable of working autonomously and efficiently managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and seamless coordination with tool owners, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Strong understanding of safety requirements, LOTO Techniques, and regulatory standards. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined areas in a clean room environment, in low positions and high places. A full gown and clean room procedures must be adhered to. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing.
