Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $26 – $29 hourly DOE The principal duties and responsibilities will be: Perform routine equipment maintenance including PMs, CMs, and general troubleshooting on LAM 300mm equipment (ETCH/Spin Clean/Speed/Gap Fill) platforms. Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles equipment according to operating manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Understands system software Utilize computerized maintenance management systems for inventory control and work scheduling. Handle chemicals to replenish system resources. Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and best-known methods. Understand tool performance metrics and routinely review with shift team members. Actively participate in project activities as assigned. Provide communication to team members by following proper escalation procedures Backfill team member absences with overtime as required. Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24×7 manufacturing environment. Exhibit and mandate safe working and housekeeping practices to the team. Benefit if having equipment installation experience on semiconductor LAM Etch platforms Requirements: Associates degree or military experience or semiconductor experience * Able to work well under little direct supervision. Ability to lead or be led during installations, upgrades, and warranty engagements. Ability to write and complete a Functional Test Matrix, and to understand and edit a Software Functionality Statement is required. Able to adhere to all safety guidelines and rules as described by internal training as well as the customer site training at which work will be performed. Minimum of 5+ years in a related field is highly desired.
